1. Information We Collect

When you contact us through ozet.ch, book a consultation, or install one of our Shopify applications (including IzyMaps and Swiss QR Biller), we process only the information needed to provide the service:

  • Website & Consultation Inquiries: Name, business email address, and project details you share with us.
  • Shopify Applications: Shopify store domain, merchant contact email, app settings, and—for invoicing or address apps—the order billing and shipping details required to generate invoices or verify addresses.

2. How We Use Information

  • To run, maintain, and support our hardware systems and Shopify applications.
  • To reply to merchant support requests and project inquiries.
  • To handle Shopify privacy requests (customer data access, customer deletion, and store deletion).

3. Data Protection & Retention

We protect your data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not sell, rent, or trade merchant or customer data to third parties. When a Shopify app is uninstalled, store data is removed according to Shopify’s data deletion timeline.

4. Cookies

This website does not use third-party advertising trackers or marketing cookies.
